Overview
The CHINT NM8N Moulded Case Circuit Breaker is the current-generation NM8 family, designed for AC and DC low-voltage distribution systems up to 690 V AC and 1000 V DC. It provides protection against overload, short-circuit, and undervoltage faults, with thermal-magnetic or electronic trip units across a wide rated-current range from 16 A to 1600 A. Multiple frame sizes (125 / 250 / 400 / 630 / 800 / 1600) cover everything from secondary distribution boards to main incomers, and the modular accessory system supports auxiliary contacts, alarm contacts, shunt trip, undervoltage release, motor operator, plug-in and withdrawable bases.
